🧡 CSR Spotlight: Mum’s Care Hospital Shares Easter Joy with Kabwata Orphanage

On 10/04/2024, Mum’s Care Hospital, through its Human Resources Manager, extended its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts by hosting a special luncheon for 60 children at Kabwata Orphanage.

Although Managing Director Mr. Kamrul Ahsan was unable to attend due to circumstances beyond his control, his spirit of generosity was felt throughout the event. Representing the hospital, Executive Assistant Ms. Chipo Hachiwa delivered heartfelt donations of assorted items to the children.

The children enjoyed a sumptuous Easter luncheon, lovingly prepared by Mum’s Care Hospital’s dedicated kitchen staff. The warm atmosphere and nourishing meal brought smiles and joy to every young face.

Mrs. Angela Miyanda, Founder and Director of Kabwata Orphanage — and wife of Former Vice President Brig. Gen. Godfrey Miyanda — expressed her deep gratitude for the thoughtful gesture. She offered a prayerful blessing, saying, “Blessed is the hand that giveth.” She also extended heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ahsan and the entire Mum’s Care Hospital team.

Though absent, Mr. Kamrul Ahsan, known for his passion for uplifting the underprivileged, conveyed his message of goodwill and Easter wishes to the children. His commitment to giving and community service continues to shape the hospital’s mission of compassionate care.
